Jamie has over 19 years in client facing and leadership roles in the finance industry which brings a wealth of knowledge. Named NZ Adviser Top Adviser 2022 and NZ Adviser Young Gun 2021, and regularly featured on Newshub, The AM Show, various podcasts and the radio as a subject matter expert for all things lending and finance.

Sandi Brown

Sandi brings 30 years of finance industry experience. 10 years with the NBNZ, where she developed her passion for mortgage lending in the 90's during the height of a property boom in Auckland. So much so she brought her first home at this time, at just 20 yrs of age.
Then on to BNZ where she mastered lending over a further 16 years, including the roll out of a nationwide microfinance loan programme. Next she took on Underwriting & Business Development Manager roles working for a "non bank", in order to better understand how this can help her customers.
What excites Sandi is using her vast skills to help people achieve their financial & home ownership aspirations. When mortgage lending solutions are needed,she understands that it's life altering so can be stressful. She believes there's nothing more rewarding than walking alongside you, taking the stress away & finding ways to make it easy. She uses her expansive industry contacts & knowledge in creative ways to help. Is tenacious, genuine, trustworthy & infectiously positive!

Emma joins Jamie & Co as our Business Development Manager while working towards becoming a qualified Mortgage Adviser. She brings extensive experience from senior roles within the insurance sector, where she managed key relationships with banks and developed a strong understanding of the lending landscape.
Known for her calm, genuine approach and passion for helping people, Emma is focused on making the lending journey clear, simple, and supportive for every client. Her people-first mindset is reflected not only in her professional career but also in her role as a celebrant, guiding individuals and families through some of life’s most meaningful moments.

Gina has over 12 years working for a number of NZ’s large banks in roles across residential & business lending.
Working alongside Jamie, Gina’s role is to ensure our clients have an exceptional experience throughout the process of their home loan application.
In her spare time, Gina loves to spend time outdoors with her husband and two little girls.

With nearly 40 years in hospitality leadership, Steve brings extensive operational and customer experience expertise to the team.
Stephen (Steve) Brown joins Jamie & Co as Client Relationship Manager, working alongside his wife, Sandi Brown.
Steve has held senior roles with McDonald’s Restaurants (NZ), Burger King, and Columbus Coffee, where he built a strong reputation for leading high-performing teams and delivering customer-focused improvements across complex, fast-paced environments.
More recently, Steve has been at the forefront of voice AI innovation within QSR drive-thrus, including work with Burger King NZ to improve efficiency, reduce team pressure, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Known for his practical approach and people-first mindset, Steve is passionate about strengthening client relationships and helping businesses run more smoothly. His blend of proven leadership and forward-thinking technology experience makes him a valuable addition to the Jamie & Co team.
